The Network is a virtual wholesale marketplace where dealerships can efficiently acquire or liquidate vehicles and services. Through the Network, Sellers list vehicles for wholesale or seek bids for trade-in. Sellers may offer vehicles for sale in both fixed price and auction-style formats.

No buyer or seller will be permitted to use the Auto Dealer Network unless it accepts the Network terms. As a user of Auto Dealer Network, whether as a seller or buyer of a vehicle or service, agrees to a strict code of ethics and certify they are an authorized representative of a Licensed Automobile Dealership or Licensed Broker. All transactions in which a buyer and seller agree, the transaction is between themselves.
